Requests
for these can be made in person at the surgery, by post or by fax (01296
715439).
When
requesting a repeat prescription please use the tear-off slip provided on
the right hand side of your prescription. Prescriptions require 2 working
days for processing and can usually be collected after 4.00 pm on the second
day following request. Where posting repeat prescription requests please
allow 5 working days before collection.
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the
telephone for safety reasons, however on-line booking is now available (see
below)

You can now use the internet
to request repeat prescriptions at your
leisure, 24 hours a day.
Whether you are at home or
work, you can quickly log on to EMIS Access and submit your repeat medication
request. This secure and easy to use system has taken the place of our
e-mail request system and can be accessed by following the link from this
website.
Before you can use the system
you need to register at reception. This is so we can verify your identity
and give you your unique identifier numbers. These will enable you to create
an EMIS Access account so you can start to use the
facilities available. Once you have created your account you will then be
able to log on, see a list of your repeat medication and tick those you
require. If you require more information about this service please contact
the Practice Manager or enquire at reception.

If you are interested in this service and are a
dispensing patient of the practice, please ask at dispensary and or main
reception for an information pack which will also include a registration
form (or see link below).
It is essential that we receive the registration form
before we can start delivering as we require your written consent for your
medicines to leave our premises and be delivered by a second party.
Please take note of the criteria for inclusion to the
service and the days that we will be delivering to your area, all of which
is clearly outlined in the information pack.
